Writing Workshop

This is the 3rd day of the Great Bear Writing Project workshop. I had 2 reasons for attending this workshop. 1. to help my students become better writers and 2. to help myself become a better writer. So far this workshop has been beneficial for me. It's given me ideas to use in class and to share with other staff members at school.
Today we took a field trip to El Dorado for a writing marathon. We toured the downtown area for ideas on what and who to write about. The downtown area is a very interesting place to find things to write about. Good trip!!
